Terms of Use & Sale

SpamLens provides rule-based image text and caption moderation for Telegram groups. Default group mode is preview (log-only). Message deletion occurs only when a current group administrator explicitly enables enforcement and all permission and credit checks pass.

Telegram platform limits apply: bots cannot see messages sent by other bots, cannot delete messages older than 48 hours, and cannot restore deleted messages. Heavy text distortion or novel obfuscation may evade OCR.

When payments are enabled, digital scan-credit packs are sold as one-time purchases in Telegram Stars (XTR) valid for 30 days from purchase. Every completed image scan (clean or matched) consumes one credit; unused credits expire at the end of the 30-day window.

Unconsumed packs may be refunded in full via /paysupport. Once scan credits from a pack have been consumed, automatic full refunds are unavailable and disputes are reviewed by the SpamLens operator (/paysupport), not Telegram Support.
